Şirket, sermaye piyasası mevzuatında yer alan şartları sağlamak ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (Kurul)'ndan gerekli izin ve/veya yetki belgelerini almak kaydıyla, portföy yöneticiliği, yatırım danışmanlığı ve kurucusu olduğu yatırım fonlarının katılma payları dahil olmak üzere fon katılma payları ile değişken sermayeli yatırım ortaklıklarının paylarının pazarlanması ve dağıtılması faaliyetinde bulunabilir
