Sun Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. dokuma, trikotaj, tekstil ve konfeksiyon ürünlerinin imalatı, ihracatı ve dahili ticaretini yapmak üzere 1987 yılında kurulmuş ve faaliyete geçmiştir. Şirket üretim faaliyetlerini Torbalı Organize Sanayi Bölgesi İzmir'de bulunan tesisinde yürütmektedir. Şirket halihazırda global hazır giyim perakende sektöründe faaliyet gösteren markalar için kadın giyim koleksiyonları tasarlayıp, üretmekte ve satışını gerçekleştirmektedir.
Sun Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.nin faaliyet konusu, esas sözleşmenin 3. maddesinde belirtildiği gibi dokuma, trikotaj, tekstil ve konfeksiyon ürünlerinin imalatı, ihracatı ve dahili ticaretini yapmak, bu ürünlerin imali için gerekli sınai tesislerin ve fabrikaların kurulması ve işletmeye alınması konularında müşavirlik, kontrol, müteahhitlik hizmetleri vermek ve tekstil, kumaş, hazır giyim eşyaları, hediyelik eşya, deri giyim eşyaları ile konfeksiyon ürünlerinin üretim, alımı, satımı, ithali, ihracı ve pazarlanmasını yapmak, yurt içinde ve yurt dışında şubeler ve mağazalar açmak, temsilcilikler vermektir.
