Şirket, sermaye piyasası mevzuatında yer alan şartları sağlamak ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'ndan (Kurul) gerekli izin ve/veya yetki belgelerini almak kaydıyla, kolektif portföy yöneticiliği ve kurucusu veya yöneticisi olduğu yatırım fonlarının katılma paylarının pazarlanması ve dağıtılması faaliyetinde bulunabilir.
Yeditepe Bağımsız Denetim ve YMM A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetim yapılmaktadır.
