oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklıklarına İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği'nin (III-48.1) 40. maddesinin 3. fıkrasının (ç) bendi uyarınca; dönem içerisinde gerçekleştirilen ve kamuya açıklanan son finansal tablolarımızda yer alan aktif toplamının %2'sini geçmeyen alım, satım ve kiralama işlemlerinin hesap dönemi bitimini takiben toplu olarak bildirimi kapsamında; 2025 yılı içerisinde kamuya açıklanan son finansal tablolarımızda yer alan aktif toplamının %2'sini geçmeyen; • Kiralama işlemlerimizin toplamı KDV hariç 4.822.778,14 TL, • Satış işlemleri ise KDV hariç toplam 1.150.373.976,17 TL, olarak gerçekleşmiş olup, bu tutarların tamamı hasılata yansımıştır. Tasarruf sahiplerinin ve kamuoyunun bilgisine saygı ile duyurulur. | Pursuant to subparagraph (ç) of paragraph 3 of Article 40 of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Principles Regarding Real Estate Investment Companies (III-48.1); within the scope of the collective notification, following the end of the accounting period, of acquisition, disposal and leasing transactions carried out during the period and publicly disclosed, which do not exceed 2% of the total assets stated in our most recently disclosed financial statements; for the year 2025, the transactions publicly disclosed and not exceeding 2% of the total assets stated in our most recently disclosed financial statements are as follows: • The total amount of our leasing transactions amounted to TRY 4,822,778.14 excluding VAT, • The total amount of our sales transactions amounted to TRY 1,150,373,976.17 excluding VAT. All of these amounts have been fully reflected in revenue. Respectfully submitted to the information of the general public and investors. In case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail. | |||||||
