oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Yönetim Kurulu'nun 25.03.2026 tarihli kararı çerçevesinde; Şirketimizin portföy yönetimi ve uzun vadeli değer artışı stratejileri ile uyumlu gayrimenkul portföyünün genişletilmesi amacıyla Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş.'nin mülkiyetinde olan İstanbul ili, Beyoğlu ilçesi, Bereketzade Mahallesi, 152 ada, 11 numaralı parselde kayıtlı olan Kuledibi Binası'nın KDV hariç 500.000.000 TL bedelle satın alınmasına karar verilmiştir. İlgili gayrimenkule yönelik hazırlanan değerleme raporu ekte yer almaktadır. | On 25th March 2026, the Board of Directors has decided to purchase Kuledibi Building, which is owned by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. registered in Istanbul Province, Beyoğlu District, Bereketzade Neighborhood, Block 152, Parcel 11 for TL 500 million (Ex-VAT) in order to expand company's real estate portfolio in line portfolio management and long-term value growth strategies. The valuation report prepared for the related real estate is attached. In contradiction between the Turkish and English version of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
