oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | In line with our Company's strategy to evaluate investment opportunities that generate long-term rental income, it has been decided to lease the office building known as Kartal Manzara Adalar Block E, located in Karlıktepe Neighborhood, Kartal district of Istanbul (Block: 10047, Parcel: 6), which is jointly owned by Softtech Yazılım Teknolojileri Araştırma Geliştirme ve Pazarlama Ticaret A.Ş., İş Merkezleri Yönetim ve İşletim A.Ş. and Miltaş Turizm İnşaat Ticaret A.Ş., with a total leasable area of approximately 17,000 sqm. The subject property will be leased for a period of 10 years at a monthly rental fee of TRY 7.3 million + VAT, with the objective of converting it into a Technology Development Center (TEKMER) and generating rental income. Following to the lease of the property by our Company, it will be subleased to Proplaces Gayrimenkul Geliştirme Yönetim A.Ş. throughout the leasing period with regards to conversion process to TEKMER. The valuation report regarding the rental value of the property is attached. In contradiction between the Turkish and English version of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail. | ||||||||
