oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Pursuant to a decision by our company's Board of Directors, the property—located on a 2,515.00 m² plot of land at Plot 1, Block 1957, Mecidiyeköy Neighborhood, Şişli District, Istanbul Province, with a total construction area of 7,865.76 m², owned by the VakıfBank Employees Special Social Security Services Foundation, has been purchased for a total of 1,700,000,000,- TL in a lump-sum payment. The title registration process was completed as of June 4, 2026. The value of the property has been appraised at 1,706,000,000,- TL by Reel Real Estate Appraisal Inc. The relevant appraisal report is attached. This is respectfully announced to the public. In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall prevail | ||||||||
