2 Ocak 2018 tarihinden bu yana, Şirketimizin Genel Müdürü ve Borusan Grup CFO olarak görev yapmakta olan, Borusan Grubu'na değerli katkılar sunmuş Sn. Barış Hakkı Kökoğlu, kendi isteği doğrultusunda 30 Haziran 2026 tarihi itibarıyla görevinden ayrılacaktır.

Bu kapsamda, Şirketimizin bugün gerçekleştirilen Yönetim kurulu toplantısında 1 Temmuz 2026 tarihinden itibaren geçerli olmak üzere Genel Müdürlük görevine Sn. Mehmet Çayırezmez'in atanmasına karar verilmiştir.

Sn.Mehmet Çayırezmez Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi Makine Mühendisliği lisans ve Bilkent Üniversitesi MBA eğitimlerini tamamlamıştır. Sn. Mehmet Çayırezmez kariyeri boyunca çeşitli şirketlerde CFO rolünü üstlenmiştir. Borusan Yatırım Genel Müdürü görevine ek olarak Borusan Grup CFO rolünü de üstlenecektir. Mr. Barış Hakkı Kökoğlu, who has been serving as the General Manager of our Company and as the Group CFO of Borusan Group since January 2, 2018, and who has made valuable contributions to Borusan Group, has decided to step down from his positions as of June 30, 2026.

Within this scope, it has been resolved at our Company's Board of Directors' meeting held today that Mr. Mehmet Çayırezmez will be appointed as the General Manager of our Company, effective as of July 1, 2026.

Mr. Mehmet Çayırezmez holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University and an MBA from Bilkent University. Throughout his career, Mr. Mehmet Çayırezmez has held CFO positions in various companies. In addition to his role as the General Manager of Borusan Yatırım, he will also assume the position of Group CFO of Borusan Group. The press release regarding this announcement is attached hereto.
