Hedef Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.'nin kurucusu olduğu Hedef Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. Suninvest Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu (Suninvest GSYF) ve Hedef Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. Climatetech Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu'nun (Climatetech GSYF) katılma payları Kotasyon Yönergesi'nin 16'ncı maddesi uyarınca kota alınmış olup Suninvest GSYF katılma payları "HPSUN", Climatetech GSYF katılma payları "HPCLI" koduyla 21/07/2026 tarihinden itibaren Girişim Sermayesi Pazarı'nda işlem görmeye başlayacaktır.

Fon katılma paylarının işlem görmeye başlayabilmesi için fon birim pay değerinin kurucu tarafından 20/07/2026 tarihinde KAP'ta duyurulması gerekmektedir.

Girişim Sermayesi Pazarı'nda fon katılma payları için sürekli işlem yöntemi uygulanacaktır. Fon katılma payları Borsa'da işlem görmeye başlamadan önce kurucu ve/veya ilgili portföy yönetim şirketi tarafından belirlenen ve KAP'ta duyurulan fon birim pay değeri Borsa'da ilk işlem gününde baz fiyat olarak alınır. Sonraki günlerde fiyat piyasada geçerli olan yöntem ile belirlenir. Fon katılma payları için maksimum emir değeri 5.000.000 TL olarak uygulanır.

Participation certificates of Hedef Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. Suninvest Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu (Suninvest GSYF) and Hedef Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. Climatetech Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu (Climatetech GSYF) founded by Hedef Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. (Founder) have been listed in accordance with Article 16 of Listing Directive. The participation certificates will start to trade on the Venture Capital Market on 21/07/2026, Suninvest GSYF with ticker of "HPSUN", Climatetech GSYF with ticker of "HPCLI".

In order for the participation certificates to start to trade, the unit fund value has to be announced by the founder on the Public Disclosure Platform on 20/07/2026.

Continuous trading method will be applied for the participation certificates. Unit fund value determined and announced by founder and/or related portfolio management company before participation certificates start to trade on the exchange is considered as base price in the first trading day. In the following days the price is determined by the method valid in the market. Maximum order value will be TRY 5.000.000.
