2026 yılına ilişkin revize beklentilerimiz aşağıdaki gibidir:

Türkiye Operasyonu

İç Pazar: Bulunduğumuz segmentlerin toplam pazar büyüklüğünün 2025'e kıyasla düşük tek haneli yüzdelerde daralmasını beklemekteyiz.

2026 yılı için;

• Ağır ticari araç yurt içi satış adetlerimizde 2025 yılına paralel satışlar,

• Hafif ticari araç yurt içi satış adetlerimizde ise orta onlu yüzdelerde artış,

İhracat faaliyetlerimizde ise adet bazında düşük tek haneli yüzdelerde azalış beklemekteyiz.

Toplam satış adetlerimizin ise yatay seyretmesi beklenmektedir.

Özbekistan Operasyonu

2026 yılı itibarıyla Özbekistan operasyonumuzda satış adetlerimizde orta onlu yüzdelerde artış beklenmektedir.

Konsolide

2026 yılı itibarıyla konsolide satış adetlerimizde orta tek haneli yüzdelerde artış beklenmektedir.

FAVÖK beklentisi

2026 yıl sonu itibarıyla FAVÖK marjı beklentimizi geçen yıla göre kısmi daralma olarak revize ediyoruz.

Our revised expectations for 2026 are as follows:

Türkiye Operation

Domestic Market: We expect the total market size of our segments to contract by low single-digit percentages compared to 2025.

For 2026, we expect:

• We expect domestic sales of heavy commercial vehicles to remain in line with 2025 levels.

• Domestic sales of light commercial vehicles are expected to increase in the mid-teens percentage range.

• In our export activities, we expect a low single-digit percentage decrease in unit volumes.

Overall, total sales volumes are expected to remain flat.

Uzbekistan Operation

As of 2026, we expect sales units in our Uzbekistan operation to increase by mid-teens percentages.

Consolidated

As of 2026, consolidated sales units are expected to increase by mid-single-digit percentages.

EBITDA Outlook

We revise our year-end 2026 EBITDA margn expectation as a modest contraction compared to last year.
