KARSU TEKSTIL'in çıkarılmış sermayesinin 105.301.495,260 TL (%300) bedelli artırılarak 35.100.498,42 TL'den 140.401.993,68 TL'ye yükseltilmesinde, satılamayan 2.417.380,631 TL nominal değerli payın iptal edildiği KAP'ta yayımlanmıştır. BIST Piyasa Değeri Ağırlıklı Pay Endeksleri Kural Seti 5.2.b.i maddesi gereğince, 28.08.2026 tarihinden itibaren BIST Pay Endekslerinin hesaplanmasında şirketin paylarının sayısı 137.984.613,049, fiili dolaşımdaki pay oranı %51 olarak dikkate alınacaktır.

KARSU TEKSTIL's issued capital was increased by TL 105.301.495,260 (300%) with the rights issue, from TL 35.100.498,42 to TL 140.401.993,68 and it was announced that the unsold shares with the nominal value of TL 2.417.380,631 were cancelled. In accordance with the article 5.2.b.i of the BIST Market Cap Weighted Stock Indices Methodology, in calculation of BIST Stock Indices, the number of shares and the free float ratio of KARSU TEKSTIL will be taken as 137.984.613,049 and 51% respectively to be effective from August 28, 2026.
