Şirketimiz ile ABD'de yerleşik iki özel firma arasında, toplam yaklaşık 27.000.000 USD tutarında ABD menşeli DDGS (Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles) alımına ilişkin anlaşmalar yapılmıştır.

Söz konusu anlaşmalar kapsamında ürünlerin teslimatının, sözleşme koşulları çerçevesinde partiler halinde gerçekleştirilmesi ve 2026 yılı Kasım ayı sonuna kadar tamamlanması öngörülmektedir.

Kamuoyuna ve pay sahiplerimize saygıyla duyurulur.

Our Company has entered into agreements with two privately held companies based in the United States for the purchase of U.S.-origin DDGS (Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles) with an aggregate value of approximately USD 27,000,000.

Under the said agreements, the products are expected to be delivered in batches in accordance with the contractual terms, with delivery anticipated to be completed by the end of November 2026.
