Şirketimizin portföyünde yer alan Marmaris'teki Sinpaş Kızılbük Thermal Wellness Resort projesi kapsamında;

01 Ağustos 2026 – 31 Ağustos 2026 tarihleri arasında toplam 284 adet devre mülkün satışına ilişkin sözleşmeler yapılmış olup, bu sözleşmelerin KDV hariç toplam bedeli 429.997.154 TL'dir.

Projemizde ön satışların başladığı tarihten 01 Eylül 2026 tarihine kadar ise toplam 32.970 adet devre mülkün satışına ilişkin sözleşmeler yapılmış olup, bu sözleşmelerin KDV hariç toplam bedeli 11.650.144.274 TL'dir.

Between 1 August 2026 and 31 August 2026, sales agreements were executed for a total of 284 timeshare units, with an aggregate value excluding VAT of TRY 429,997,154.

From the commencement of pre-sales for our Project through 1 September 2026, sales agreements were executed for a total of 32,970 timeshare units, with an aggregate value excluding VAT of TRY 11,650,144,274.
