Doğuş Real Estate Investment Trust Inc.'s "Integrated Report" for 2025 is available to our investors on our corporate website, www.dogusgyo.com.tr.

In its second Integrated Report, Doğuş REIT comprehensively evaluated its financial and non-financial performance, revealing how it integrates its sustainability approach with its long-term value creation goal.

Adopting sustainability as a way of doing business, Doğuş REIT detailed its corporate performance in the report with a holistic approach encompassing economic, environmental, social, and governance dimensions, in line with its motto "Value for the Environment, Trust for Stakeholders, Investment in the Future."

Doğuş REIT continued its corporate reporting journey with its second Integrated Report. Prepared taking into account GRI Standards, the International Integrated Reporting Framework, and the SASB Real Estate Sector Standard, the report shows that the company reviewed its sustainability priorities in line with current reporting expectations and sectoral developments, while developing a value creation model that reveals the relationships between financial and non-financial performance. The company also strengthened its data collection, performance monitoring, reporting, and governance processes. This report covers our company's operating period from January 1 to December 31, 2025, and includes all our sustainability activities and performance during this period.

In our Second Integrated Report, we have improved our sustainability approach and long-term value creation model by considering our financial and non-financial performance together. In the coming period, we will continue to implement innovative practices, deepen our integrated reporting approach, and create long-term value together with our stakeholders.

Doğuş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş'nin 2025 yılına ilişkin "Entegre Rapor"u şirketimizin kurumsal internet sitesi olan www.dogusgyo.com.tr adresinde yatırımcılarımızın bilgisine sunulmuştur.

Doğuş GYO, ikinci Entegre Raporu'nda finansal ve finansal olmayan performansını bütüncül biçimde değerlendirirken, sürdürülebilirlik yaklaşımını uzun vadeli değer yaratma hedefiyle nasıl bütünleştirdiğini ortaya koydu.

Sürdürülebilirliği bir iş yapış biçimi olarak benimseyen Doğuş GYO, raporda "Çevreye Değer, Paydaşa Güven, Geleceğe Yatırım" mottosu doğrultusunda kurumsal performansını ekonomik, çevresel, sosyal ve yönetişim boyutlarıyla bütüncül bir yaklaşımla detaylandırdı.

Doğuş GYO, kurumsal raporlama yolculuğunu ikinci Entegre Raporu ile sürdürdü. GRI Standartları, Uluslararası Entegre Raporlama Çerçevesi ve SASB Gayrimenkul Sektör Standardı dikkate alınarak hazırlanan raporda şirket, sürdürülebilirlik önceliklerini güncel raporlama beklentileri ve sektörel gelişmeler doğrultusunda gözden geçirirken finansal ve finansal olmayan performans arasındaki ilişkileri ortaya koyan değer yaratma modelini geliştirdi. Şirket ayrıca veri toplama, performans izleme, raporlama ve yönetişim süreçlerini güçlendirdi.

Rapor, şirketimizin 1 Ocak – 31 Aralık 2025 faaliyet dönemini kapsamakta olup dönem içerisindeki tüm sürdürülebilirlik faaliyetlerimizi ve performansları içermektedir.

İkinci Entegre Raporumuzda finansal ve finansal olmayan performansımızı birlikte ele alarak sürdürülebilirlik yaklaşımımızı ve uzun vadeli değer yaratma modelimizi geliştirdik. Önümüzdeki dönemde de yenilikçi uygulamaları hayata geçirmeye, entegre raporlama yaklaşımımızı derinleştirmeye ve paydaşlarımızla birlikte uzun vadeli değer yaratmaya devam edeceğiz.
