Following the increase in our Company's issued capital from TL 700,000,000 to TL 832,000,000 within the registered capital ceiling of TL 1,000,000,000 subsequent to the public offering, the amended version of Article 6 – Capital of our Company's Articles of Association was registered on 17 September 2026 and the registration was published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 17 September 2026 and numbered 11668.
