oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Within the scope of the tender organized by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Treasury and Finance Privatization Administration on July 07, 2025, the real estate properties located on Block 9304 Parcel 10, Block 9305 Parcel 1, and Block 9306 Parcels 1 & 2 in Aydınlı Neighborhood, Tuzla District, Istanbul Province were awarded to our Company as the winning bidder, and the acquisition price was fully paid on December 01, 2025. Title deed registration procedures regarding the ownership transfer of the said properties were finalized as of December 16, 2025. Current developments regarding our registered properties are presented below for the information of our investors and the public: Block 9305, Parcel 1 A Building Permit has been granted by the Directorate of Zoning and Urban Planning of Tuzla Municipality for the warehouse project planned to be constructed on this 67,686.16 m² land plot, which holds the largest area within the portfolio. Construction of the facility—which will feature a total gross indoor area of 98,258 m² to be leased to existing and/or prospective tenants—is scheduled to commence as of November 02, 2026, with completion and commissioning targeted by September 30, 2027. Regarding Block 9304 Parcel 10, which holds the second-largest area among the parcels added to our portfolio, administrative preparation for the building permit application has reached its final stage. Further developments will continue to be shared with the public in accordance with relevant regulations. Respectfully disclosed to the public and our investors.
