oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | In our company's announcement dated June 29, 2026, regarding the Acquisition of Financial Fixed Assets, it was disclosed to the public that 60% of the shares representing the capital of SW Electricity SIA—a company engaged in the development of a battery-based energy storage system project in Latvia—had been acquired. Construction of the battery-based energy storage system project—with a capacity of approximately 15 MW / 30 MWh—being developed by the aforementioned company in Riga is planned to begin in 2027, and the total investment for the project is projected to be approximately 6,000,000 euros. Binding offers have been received from banks operating in Latvia regarding the project's financing, and negotiations on the loan terms are ongoing. Significant developments regarding the financing will also be shared with the public. We respectfully announce this to the public and our investors. This statement has been translated into English and simultaneously announced for informational purposes.
