oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | As disclosed by our Company on 26 June 2026, Ms. Josephine Mary Payne, Member of the Board of Directors and Leader of Ford Otosan, would leave her position as Leader of Ford Otosan effective 30 June 2026, and the departments under her responsibility would report to Mr. Güven Özyurt until a successor was appointed. The Company's Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Mr. Alexander Ehrmann to the position of Leader of Ford Otosan, previously held by Ms. Josephine Mary Payne, effective 1 December 2026. Mr. Alexander Ehrmann will assume his duties upon obtaining the necessary work permit. As of such date, the departments that have temporarily reported to Mr. Güven Özyurt following the departure of Ms. Josephine Mary Payne from her position as Leader of Ford Otosan will report to Mr. Alexander Ehrmann. In addition, due to the retirement of Mr. Cemil Cem Temel, currently serving as Commercial Vehicles Leader, effective 1 January 2027, the Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Mr. Aysan Levin Hoşver as Commercial Vehicles Leader, effective the same date.
