Şirketimiz projelerinden "Yeni Sarp İnşaat – Öz Akar Elektrik Adi Ortaklığı" taahhüdü altında bulunan "İstanbul Ümraniye 1.Etap Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Gelir Paylaşımı İşi"nde, 3317 Ada 5 Parsel A Blok ile bu bloğa ait Altyapı ve Çevre Düzenleme İşlerinin (Projede Kısmi Geçici Kabulü Yapılacak En Son Bölüm) Kısmi Geçici Kabulü yapılmış olup "Kısmi Geçici Kabul Tutanağı" 24.05.2017 tarihinde onaylanmıştır.

The partial provisional acceptance for A block and its Infrastructure and Landscaping Works in 3317 Block 5 Parcel in our company's "İstanbul Ümraniye 1st Stage Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale (Sarphan Finanspark)" which is under Yeni Sarp İnşaat- Öz Akar Elektrik Adi Ortaklığı commitment has been realized and relevant "Partial Provisional Acceptance Certificate" has been approved on 24.05.2017 (the last part remaining for partial provisional acceptance).

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
