Şirketi'ne (Hyundai) , Katar Devletinin Lusail şehrinde inşası devam eden Lusail Real Estate Development Company, Lusail Plaza Towers (Plot 3&4) projesi elektrik ve mekanik işlerinin yapılmasına yönelik olarak Katar Devletinde mukim bağlı ortaklığımız ANEL MEP Maintenance and Operations LLC tarafından verilen 699.450.000 Katar Riyali (yaklaşık 192.156.593 ABD Doları) tutarındaki teklifimiz Hyundai tarafından uygun bulunmuş ve projenin şirketimizce yürütülmesine ilişkin yetkilendirme mektubu (Letter of Award) taraflarca imzalanmıştır. Lusail Finans Merkezi kapsamında yer alan ve 70 katlı 2 gökdelenden olan projenin, Ekim 2022 sonunda bitirilmesi planlanmakta olup, Hyundai ile sözleşme görüşmelerine başlanmıştır.
